Because our entire business model inherently relies on the immediate allocation of expert human labor, expensive server compute resources, AI processing power, and strategic planning the moment a project commences, our Refund and Returns Policy significantly differs from traditional retail environments that sell physical goods.
By engaging After Graphic Studio, signing a formal Statement of Work (SOW), remitting a project deposit, or paying an invoice, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and unconditionally agree to the stringent legal terms outlined in this comprehensive document. As a general rule, once a digital service has been initiated, resources have been allocated. Therefore, we do not offer unconditional "change of mind" refunds. A subjective dislike of professional, industry-standard design work does not constitute valid legal, technical, or financial grounds for a refund.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Social Media Management, and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) digital marketing are continuous, highly labor-intensive processes that require ongoing strategic analysis and content generation.
Under this Refund and Returns Policy, all marketing retainers are strictly non-refundable. We guarantee the rigorous execution of elite, industry-standard methodologies; however, we cannot, and do not, mathematically guarantee specific algorithmic outcomes, search rankings, or sales volumes from third-party autonomous entities like Google, OpenAI, Meta, or TikTok.
The financial fees paid for deep SEO audits, technical backlink generation, content writing, social media calendar creation, and ad campaign management cover the expert human labor and strategic foresight provided by our team. Once a monthly billing cycle has formally commenced, the retainer fee for that specific period is entirely consumed and non-refundable.
Deploying advanced AI agents, building complex workflow automations (via tools like n8n or Make.com), and performing rigorous cybersecurity audits require the immediate, unrecoverable consumption of highly specialized engineering labor and costly third-party API infrastructure.
As clearly stated in our Refund and Returns Policy, because API computing costs (such as LLM token usage from OpenAI or Anthropic), cloud infrastructure hosting, and security auditing hours are consumed instantly upon deployment, we absolutely cannot offer refunds for any AI integrations, custom WhatsApp bot setups, or automated business workflows once the execution protocol has been initiated.

The Refund and Returns Policy for digital downloads is universally strict: Strictly Non-Refundable. Once a digital product is purchased, the transaction is processed, and the download link is generated or access to an online course is granted, the transaction is legally final. There is no technical mechanism to physically "return" a downloaded digital file or erase the knowledge gained from an academy course. If a downloaded file is demonstrably corrupted upon initial download, AGS will provide a working replacement file, but no financial refund will be issued.
Regarding third-party expenses: Any funds allocated to third-party services—including domain name registration, cloud hosting (AWS, DigitalOcean), SSL certificates, premium plugin licenses, or direct Advertising Spend—are 100% Non-Refundable. These funds are paid directly to external vendors on your behalf and cannot be retrieved.
AGS commits to aggressive engineering timelines to deliver your competitive edge rapidly. However, project momentum relies heavily on timely client feedback, asset delivery, and milestone approvals. This Refund and Returns Policy includes strict clauses regarding project delays.
If a project is delayed by more than thirty (30) consecutive days solely due to client inaction (e.g., failure to provide required website copy, failure to approve branding milestones, or complete lack of communication), AGS reserves the legal right to classify the project as officially "Abandoned."
In the event of project abandonment, all funds paid to date will be permanently forfeited to cover the significant opportunity cost of reserving our engineering and creative teams. Absolutely no refunds will be issued for abandoned projects. To resume an abandoned project, a reactivation fee equivalent to 20% of the total project value will be required, and the project timeline will be subject to our current scheduling availability.
Zero-Tolerance Policy for Fraudulent Chargebacks
After Graphic Studio maintains a stringent, zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent chargebacks and what is known in the industry as "friendly fraud." This is a cornerstone of our Refund and Returns Policy.
If you experience any issue whatsoever with a service, deliverable, or billing cycle, you must contact our financial support team to resolve the matter amicably. Initiating a bank chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company or PayPal without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with AGS constitutes a severe, material breach of this agreement.
In the event of an unjustified or fraudulent chargeback, AGS will immediately suspend all associated digital services, take down hosted websites, revoke active software licenses, and terminate API access. Furthermore, we explicitly reserve the right to pursue aggressive civil litigation to recover the disputed amount, administrative penalty fees, and all associated legal and attorney costs in the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt, or through the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration.
We are deeply committed to ultimate client satisfaction and superior technical delivery. However, it is vital to understand that temporary dissatisfaction with a preliminary design, a rough video cut, or a beta version of a software build is a perfectly normal part of the iterative creative and engineering process.
Such preliminary dissatisfaction is strictly not grounds for a refund under our Refund and Returns Policy. We deliberately structure our legal contracts to include dedicated, documented rounds of revisions. We fully expect clients to utilize these revision rounds collaboratively to guide our experts toward the exact desired outcome. Once the contracted revision rounds are completely exhausted, any further modifications, design tweaks, or code changes will be billed separately at our standard agency hourly rate.

If a refund is officially approved by management, the funds will strictly be issued back to the original payment method used during the initial transaction. We cannot issue refunds to alternate cards or bank accounts to comply with Anti-Money Laundering laws.
