    TERMS OF USE

    1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

    Aftergraphic Studio ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") provides its website, software, AI solutions, and related services (collectively, the "Services") to you ("User," "Client," or "You") subject to the following Terms of Use ("Terms"). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

    IMPORTANT: IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

    2. SERVICES DESCRIPTION

    Aftergraphic Studio provides digital transformation services, including but not limited to:

    • Web & Mobile App Development.
    • Generative AI Solutions & GEO Consulting.
    • Digital Marketing & Media Buying.
    • Sale of Digital Products (Themes, Scripts, Plugins).

    3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (STRICT)

    3.1. Our IP: All content, source code, AI algorithms, designs, graphics, and logos on this Site are the exclusive property of Aftergraphic Studio and are protected by Egyptian and International Copyright laws.

    3.2. License to You: Upon full payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for your business. You may NOT resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our underlying code or frameworks.

    3.3. AI Data Usage: You are strictly prohibited from using our AI services or output to train, fine-tune, or improve any third-party Artificial Intelligence models.

    4. USER OBLIGATIONS

    You agree NOT to:

    1. Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
    2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks (Hacking).
    3. Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
    4. Use automated scripts (Scrapers/Bots) to harvest data from our Site without permission.

    5. PAYMENT & BILLING

    5.1. Fees: All fees are due as per the signed contract or invoice. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

    5.2. Late Payment: We reserve the right to suspend services immediately for any accounts with overdue invoices. A late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to unpaid balances.

    5.3. Refunds: Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.

    6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

    THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." AFTERGRAPHIC STUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

    7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AFTERGRAPHIC STUDIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

    8. INDEMNIFICATION

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aftergraphic Studio and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

    9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cairo.

    10. CHANGES TO TERMS

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
